Joris Brood is a small artisan bakery nestled in the Gelderse Vallei, where everything revolves around the natural development of flavor. Using only the finest ingredients stone-milled flour, pure groundwater, and Celtic sea salt the bread is hand-shaped and baked on a stone hearth. This slow, traditional process brings out the maximum flavor in every loaf.
