In 2017, Bjorn van Lent turned his lifelong passion into a reality by opening Neat Stuff, his very own comic book store. His love for comics began with the purchase of his first issues, igniting a fascination with heroes like Spider-Man and other iconic characters. However, it was The Sandman by Neil Gaiman that truly changed everything for him a revelation that expanded his appreciation for what comics could be.

 

Today, while Bjorn still treasures traditional superhero tales, his heart leans toward graphic novels. He finds their storytelling more layered and captivating, offering something fresh beyond the classic battles of good versus evil. Bjorn is deeply grateful for his shop and the loyal customers who keep it thriving.  "Without them," he says, "my store wouldn’t exist."
